Never go to bed angry!
Scientists have found that negative feelings and emotions are difficult to reverse after sleep causing this negativity to linger and achieving better mental health to be more challenging.
Not only does this affect a person's psyche but anger leads to less sleep, which in return causes many health concerns.
Try reading before bed, doing some yoga or meditation, or listening to relaxing music before bedtime.
Drink Plenty of water.
This one is no surprise.

Yes? It’s very common due to a lack of water intake during the day. It’s very important and critical to every human’s life that a person drinks an average of 3 liters of water a day.
You can download a water tracking app on your mobile device to hold you accountable and ensure you are on the track to a better night’s rest.
